Rakhi is not merely a silken thread but a tradition that binds brother and sister beautifully in a relationship forever. Raksha Bandhan, an Indian traditional festival of sisterly and brotherly respect was celebrated by ABS group of School children on 13th August 2022. To make this day memorable, a demonstration on Rakhi tying was done by Mrs. Vidhya Hindi faculty and the importance of RakshaBandhan was conveyed by Mr. Thandavan, Hindi faculty. Our honourable Principal Dr.R.Gayathri addressed the students on the auspicious day to strengthen the pious bond of affection between brother and sister. Raksha Bandhan ceremony was performed by 317 pairs of brothers & sisters. It was a delightful celebration for students which made the environment filled with joy and love.
