An educational trip was organised for the children of PRE KG,LKG & UKG . They had an opportunity to visit the Horticulture in Poondi on 27th October,2023. The aim of the visit was to broaden their understanding of plant life and how a green environment can benefit living beings on this planet. It was amazing to see them observe & describe different plants.
Since the EVS concept is being taught in class, the students were able to identify the different types of plant life, including trees, shrubs, climbers and creepers and dry leaves. Forest Ranger explained the importance of planting trees. The children spent a productive day filled with excitement of discovery and proximity to nature. It was a fun trip for students to enrich their experience regarding gardening. The teacher & students returned with happy memories forever.
