On December 22, National Mathematics Day was celebrated by Middle School students of ABS vidhya mandir, Thiruvallur. The day was celebrated to commemorate the 136th birth anniversary of Indian Mathematical genius Srinivasa Ramanujan, the man who knew infinity.The main aim of the celebration was to awaken the interest and temperament towards the subject through by morning assembly.
Students delivered the biography of Ramanujan, Math wonders and facts and explained the "Importance of Mathematics"--the Mother of Sciences through a skit.
This day will certainly be remembered and cherished by all our students.
